Went here on 10/6. Superb customer service. They had the camera I was looking for in stock. They were really helpful, accommodating, and answered all my questions (even the dumb ones… as a camera newbie). Happy I purchased my first camera here. They guided me which lens to have too, and provided me options based on my budget and preference. I called them first to confirm if it’s in stock before going there (as other shops don’t have), and they answer right away.

Went in to collect an online order and noticed it was busy for how many staff there were but I was told it wouldn't be long until I was seen which was the case and was served by Justin (if I remember correctly) who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

My feedback is based factually on the service experience over the past 2-3 years being a returning customer to the team DigiDirect - Perth, (Cannington). Retail is not easy at times as the numerous reviews which are 1-2 stars are acute in nature. If “more than reasonable” pricing, exceptional, honest, professional advice and support are things you value then this is who you’d want to shop with locally. Whether shooting as a hobby or in the industry, you will find plenty of equipment and gear to meet your needs. I’ve used other local businesses for various requirements and I’ve found my reliable go-to is the store and team in DigiDirect Cannington. Respect goes both ways, help them - help you! A huge thanks to the store Manager and staff for always looking out for a local :)

I went to see new shop and it was so nice and super busy. With amount of people in shop staff were so good in helping. They have everything and look really fresh. We were lucky to be served by boss and tall Asian staff and saw them take a lot of abuse of customer trying to take advantage of goodness. Lady trying to use fake number and name. I see review below and want to say not like this. I like to say me as a Chinese person really embarased by her and what she and her friend doing. I also went to get somes film and the two lady’s super friendly and helping so much. I share his photo and say he was really good to deal with and will come back. The food was good too.

I come first time with my daughter to by the camera and this guy very good an helping us. Very disappointing to read some review as my first hand experience was excellent. They were super busy an Nim and ,John are excellent and go out of their way to help. They take time to explain and show all.to us. Very good service and lot of patience with us. Happy with my new camera and lens. We going to be back to buy more stuffs . If you go make sure ask for these guys. Thank you so much.

I visited digiDirect in Cannington today for a lens adaptor . I was served by Cameron who gave exceptional expert service whilst being friendly and full of knowledge . I left the store with the product I was looking for. Great customer service.

Very very good experience here. The lady at the film camera area was super helpful. I had no idea what I was talking about. She explained how my camera worked, how to shoot with my camera and even cleaned my lense before putting it back on. Above and beyond service!

We went here the other day thinking we knew exactly what we wanted. Justin assisted us in store and guided us towards a better option that suited our needs. He was friendly and very patient. Fantastic service, friendly advice, and fair trade-in pricing with no pressure at all. I couldn't be happier with the extremely competitive $3,779 price they offered on the Lumix S1 IIE kit. The team really listened to what I wanted, and the image quality of this new camera is honestly mind-blowing compared to my old system.

Always use this place for my film to be developed. Im a rookie with film and take photos for pleasure and my own hobbies. They are always happy to give advice. Recommend paying the extra for HD photo development.
